Congress hall
Congress Hall of Crowne Plaza Prague is located in the Ground Floor and connected easily with the hotel garden. The highest capacity is 350 guests in the reception setup or 280 in the theater setup. You can count with the natural day-light here too. We should mention perfect acoustics of this area, coming from the fact of the original purpose in 1950´s - gym for the soldiers. When loading the material and technical equipment for all kinds of events it is possible to use the rear entrance to avoid going through the hotel public areas.

Did you know?
When the hotel building was finished in 1954 it served to the Czechoslovak army and the area of the current Congress Hall was used as a gym. Later on the Army realised it is too expensive or useless to run such a big complex and it was handed-over to the state owned travel agency "Cedok" in 1957.
